Well, I'm In Pain All The Time. I Get Pins

Well, I'm in pain all the time. I get pins and needles in my feet occasionally and across the bottom of my back and around my coxic. My joints are also prone to swell up slightly, commonly my knees and ankles. I also experience pain in my shoulders and abodominal pain when i urinate.
what could be wrong with me?
