Well. I'm Slightly Worried. I'm 13 Years Old. My Clitoris

Well. I'm slightly worried. I'm 13 years old. My clitoris seems to be bleeding.. I went to go use the washroom and my urine really hurt in one area (my clitoris) it basically felt like it was burning. After that I sorta wiped. That hurt as well and I discovered blood as I did. I've only had one yeast infection in my life if that matters any. I'm not sexually active. But I have had cramps that demobilize me at some point in time. And when I say cramps I mean in my uterus and ovarian areas. It's been going on for a while and my family doctor just said to watch it.
