Well I've Had A Head Cold For A Minute Now,

Well I've had a head cold for a minute now, & I just recently blew my nose, but my left ear plugged up. My ears usually tend to do that, but this time the left one has been plugged for almost 15 minutes, and the right un-plugged easily. I feel deaf in one ear, any advice? I've tried everything.
