Well I've Wasn't Able To Move My Bowels Finally When

Well I've wasn't able to move my bowels finally when I did I was very sick with vomitting, slight fever, chills. Now it's been about a week or so and I still have terrible chills and terrible stomach pain with weakness. Rule out gall bladder and appendix. Thank you very much.
