Well Sir I'm on dilated 8mgs 4 times daily & 150mcgs/1hr/72 and I havebeen on pain meds for 8 years my pain is offal I need help deciding what would be good replacement s for what I'm on ,
Please I need relief before I start I'm ing it into my outer thigh im desperate and I'm in so muchd pain just give it me straight doc
hydromorphone 8mg tabs 4 times daily = 32mgs oral dilaudid
And
150 mcg.s an hr for 72 hrs and it's not working any more after 9 years of opiate
