Well For The Last 5 Days I Get This Sharp

Well for the last 5 days I get this sharp pain in my stomach it comes and goes. Or if I walk to fast it brings on the sharp pain in my upper tummy just below the rib cage. I know I have 3 lesions that could turn into ulcer's. but is that what it could be?
