Well For The Past Year My Creatine Has Elevated To

Well for the past year my creatine has elevated to 1.1 and my GFR is 53, my Doctor had me do a ultrasound of my bladder and kidneys and everything came back normal..... I went to see my oncologist for my yearly yesterday and explained this to him, ( I had breast cancer 5 years ago and see him every year). I thought that maybe it was because I had chemo and he said that my test results were normal last year..... he did a urine sample and everything came back normal except mysquamouns epithelial cells were flagged at 20-25. Who should I follow up with here? Is this anything to worry about? Worried....
