Well I Don't Know If I Have An Ear Infection

Well i don't know if I have an ear infection but I just need to know what I have and what can cure me so what happened is that my ear had been hurting for 2 days now but only when I touch it, but sometimes it aches, later on what happened was that I couldn't hear as good on the war than my normal one please help
