Well I Got A Cut On My Penis And Doctors

Well i got a cut on my penis and doctors gave me some cream which was used to cure the cut but after some days i found some white kind of layer formed on the internal part of my penis skin. This is on the inside part when you open the Penis. It looks so embrassing and it does not look good while having sex with my wife.I need to know if there is any kind of oil or medicine to remove this white layer scar inside the penis skin. please help
