Well I Want To Know I Been Having My Mestrual

Well i want to know i been having my mestrual period for about 10 days now when i got my period it was like 3 days earlier than it should be first daysi just spotted then four days after i was heavy for a couple of days then the last 4 more days i just been spotting i was wondering what can ne wrong
