Well Im 45 Had A Baby September 10th 2014 And

Well im 45 had a baby September 10th 2014 and my tubes were tied right after delivery same day. I missed my period 1 mo late. However I had my baby withonly one working tube because of a tubical pregnancy back in 2010. When they tied my tube was supoosed to be just 1 but they told me my other tube had healed from the tubical so they tied it again. My question is could I be pregnant or starting menapose ?
