Well It Started With My Right Hand It Felt Like

Well it started with my right hand it felt like a little sprain but not bad in sept. Its now February. And now it's worsened my veins on my hands have bubbles poofed up wrist on each side n its very painfull i cant even lift my 2 year old or a bag of 10 potatoes. Wats the cause??? How did it happen? n why?
