Well Ive Been Feeling Alot Of Itching In My Inner

Well ive been feeling alot of itching in my inner thighs, and under my scrotum, i scratch alot and the skin looks like its getting brown, i dont know what it is it first looked like a little rash but it started getting larger and itching more, i jave about 3 months now like this, what can it be? I think it can be fungus but im not sure
