Well Lately, Ive Been Sick, My Eyes Hurt When I

Well lately, ive been sick, my eyes hurt when i look left or right, or even up, i have a mild fever, and my nose is really stuffy , and i have a lot of mucus when i cough, and i take mucinex and it works for like 5 minutes then it goes back to pain. should i be worried? whats wrong with me?
