Well Ok,last Month I Noticed Blood In The Morning On

Well ok,last month I noticed blood in the morning on the 18th then none the rest of the day then none the 19th then some the 20th in the morning then 21st started a normal cycle for a week.
Now yesterday morning n last night I noticed blood again and some this morning. What could b goin on?
