Well One Or Two Things Are Going I'm Either Pregnant

Well one or two things are going I'm either pregnant or going thru menopause? My last period was March 23 and haven't gotten it yet but started having sex with my husband again on April 15 because before that we were having problems so not sure .I took home test last week negative. Should I see my doctor for blood test will it show up now if I am? When I had my child I was three weeks when I found out back then.
