Well This Is Embarrassing But I Have These Red Bumps

Well this is embarrassing but I have these red bumps on the right side of my vagina and they hurt really bad.. Fluid comes out of them but I don't know what to do... I put vasoline and a&d protector on it.. It's is causing pain in the inner thigh right next to it...
