Well well, Just can't believe it, I am age 70 years, when I was a child, A man would come to our home, maybe every two years, he would be checking all the family, to see if anyone of us had glaucoma, My mum had always told us, that we had a cousin that had died at a young age of Glaucoma, has my mum aged she would have to go to hospital each year for eye tests, My mum died a few years ago, she never did get the disease, but for all my life, my sisters, all relatives carried this information about a child in our family had died with Glaucoma. I am writing to you today, because I have just been to the Optician, during our conversation, I had told him my family history, for him to say 100% NOBODY can die of GLAUCOMA, no way. So now I'm shocked !!! My mum died never knowing. 70 years ago, how did it come about, some big misunderstaning. Thank you for listening. Carol, regards.
