Well,its Hard To Explain.....I Have Pain In My Rectum....I Look

Well,its hard to explain.....I have pain in my rectum....I look down there and I see a piece of meat poking out.....but I dont see what im looking for it kinda hurt when I cough or squeeze,,,there no blood or anything...when pul my rectum up kinda like breathing in it hurt a little....
