Went And Had A Pregnancy Blood Test At The Hospital

Went and had a pregnancy blood test at the hospital and it came back positive. Then my Personal doctor took a seperate hcg beta subunit test and it came back negative. The hospital ran a second test on the same blood sample and it came back positive again. Confused. Am I pregnant? Is one test better than the other?
