Went To Doctor For Sinus Infection. She Told Me To

Went to doctor for sinus infection. She told me to go across the street (Walgreens) to buy some Allegra 180mg tablets and take it daily for 2 weeks. She also electronically submitted a prescription that she said would make me throat feel better. I ended up with a prescription for an oral numbing medicine and another medicine called Fexofenadine. Needless to say I just realized Allegra is Fexofenadine and they are both 180mg. I've been taking both for 3 days now. I'm also taking Astepro and a steroid spray for my nose. What should I do?
