Went To Doctor Four Days Ago About Right Ear Hurting

Went to doctor four days ago about right ear hurting was given ear drops because it was really red inside been using it for four days four times a day but now my right ear is really big and really red and hurts bad can't hear that good and ringing in it has got worse want should I do ?
