Went To My Dr About Getting A Flu Shot And

Went to my Dr about getting a flu shot and yes I've had reactions such of swelling of one side of the face but it has always went away without a problem. My doctor told me it's unsafe for me to get the shot is there anything else I could take to help instead of flu shot
