Went To My Specialist And Had Cortisone Shot In Hip.

Went to my specialist and had cortisone shot in hip. I have the beginning to moderate arthritis or the labrum tear. I have a shallow cup also. Trying to avoid laparoscopic as long as I can, but it is inevitable for replacement hopefully in my 50's or later. Anyhow, I am experiencing cramping in both feet and opposite calf muscle???? Is this normal? I usually don't have the problems. Yes I'm hydrated and take vitamins daily.
