Went To See My Family Physician Due To Having Pain,and

Went to see my family physician due to having pain,and can feel a peasized lump just inside vaginal wall/labia area. I was diagnosis as having a soft,movable nodule,which is tender. I have a history of ca of vulva . I'm just curious as to why this nodule is there and what I can do to help with the discomfort. I'm sits bathing 3 x daily.
