Went To The ER 24 Hours Ago For A Fecal

Went to the ER 24 hours ago for a fecal impaction in the intestines. Found it with a CAT scan. Said the inflamation score was a 1.7. Gave me Demerol, anti-nausea at the hospital and sent home with Magnesuim Sulfate and Muralax was from the ER. Also took more Muralax at home. The pain is left side of rib cage and lower abdominal. No change in location of the symptoms, pain increased, and low-grade temp. Currently eating prunes. What else should I do?
