Went To The Doctor For A Sinus Infection Was Prescribed

Went to the doctor for a sinus infection was prescribed LEBOFOXACIN 750mg once a day for 14 days. After two days on anabiotic’s I noticed a tooth infection began to swell up. I’ve had sinus infections for long time and assumed that it was only a sinus infection which causes pain in my teeth. I’ve been on the anabiotic for eight days now. My sinus infection is just about gone. An the swelling in my Tooth has been reduced by 90% I still have a little bit of pain in the tooth if I bite down on it ,but there’s very little pain, seems to be going away But my lower lip right over the tooth has gone numb, I have six days left on the anabiotic should I be concerned
