Went To Urgent Care With Stomach Cramps And Left Side

Went to urgent care with stomach cramps and left side lower back pain. They thought I had a ectopic pregnancy hgc test negative. Blood in urine too. Now they said I have to see a upper gi specialist but there booked till september. Also had a false positive pregnancy test 2 weeks ago followed by my period a week later and two negative tests. What could possibly be wrong can I take anything to make this better before September 7 when they scheduled my appt I'm in severe pain.
