Weve Been Trying To Have A Baby For Almost 10

Weve been trying to have a baby for almost 10 months now. From my series of check up its all normal so she advised my husband to undergo sperm analysis. She told me that if the result is ok then I should start taking Duphiston on my 10 dat of cycle. My question is tomorrow is my 10th dat of cycle. Can i start taking the med even if my husband hasnt undergone the analysis?
