What Alleviates The Pain In The Right Temporal Region?

I have been having right temporal headaches for 5 days. They start in the evening and go away the next morning approximately 3-4 hours after I am awake. What could this be and what can I do to alieviate the pain? I have been taking 800 mg of ibuprofen before bed for the past 2 night w/o relief.
