What Are Ovacare Forte, Norethisterone And Conjugated Estrogens Prescribed For?

Dear Doctor I am 29 years old and am suffering from irregular period (period is rare without any medication) for the past 12 years. I got married in August this year and am willing to conceive. However, I was on Tab. Normens (Norethisterone 5mg) from August to mid-October. After stopping the tablets, my period has stopped again. At present, I am neither pregnant nor having a period for more than two months. Is this condition suggest that I may not/have low chances to get pregnant? I am taking a doctor s advice, who has suggested Ovacare Forte (3 months) and three other tablets (for having period: Norethisterone 5mg+Conjugated Estrogens 0.625 mg; After period: Allyestrenol) for regularizing the cycle. I wonder if you could tell me whether these medicines are proper for conceiving. Is there any side effect? Does conceiving by medicines have any negative effect on the baby? Can I do anything else for conceiving? Thank you in advance.
