What Are Effects Of Getting Blood From Tear In Frenulum Into Vagina?

My boyfriend (who is uncircumcised) tore his frenulum while we were having sex about 3 months ago. There was A LOT of blood and it got inside me. I was eliminating HIS blood every time I urinated for three full days after it happened.
I wasn't worried at first, but I just started thinking -- we have different blood tyes. Should I be concerned that our blood types mixed? He's not sure what he is, but he knows he's not O+ (and I am). If we have different Rh factors, will my blood start developing antibodies against his blood? I see this can lead to clotting and even more serious problems?
Please help, I'm very worried!!
