What Are My Chances Of Becoming Pregnant After 11 Years

What are my chances of becoming pregnant after 11 years of having iud's? To give you a brief:
I was also told if I have another child I would have to have a cerclage done due to a shorten cervix, and abnormal cells on my cervix. I have had the 10yr iud placed in 2004. I did not realize it was the 10yr one and I had it removed after 5 yrs. When it was being removed it was horribly painful because it had embedded into my cervix. Originally I did have a leep done in 2004, 5 months after giving birth and had the iud placed 6 weeks later. My Dr. said it probably shifted and healed that way, one month after the removal. I placed the 5 yr mirena in. In all 2 iud's in 11 yr period. Now I am getting close to my 5 year date of the mirena being replaced (june 2015) Should I get another iud or should I find another kind of contraceptive. I am not sure if I want another child. Sometimes, I feel like I waited too long to have another child. I am 33 years old had
2 pregnancies 1birth. And I am just not sure now if its a good thing to keep putting them in? Opinion needed.
Thank you in advance.
