What Are My Chances Of Having A Healthy Pregnancy Given My Thick Endometrium And Lack Of Visible Sac On An Ultrasound?

Hi.. My first day of my last menstrual period was on March 8, i didn t know I was pregnant and had spotting for 9 days before I went to the hospital. Ultrasound was done but have not seen any sac but my endometrium is thick. They advised me for a follow up after 3 weeks... What is my chance of still having my baby.. Thank u
