What Are My Safe Medical Options For Abortion When I Am Pregnant Three Months After A Tubal Ligation?

I did a tubal ligation 5yrs ago because very dangerous to me to be pregnant again.now I found out I pregnant again and it's normal pregnancy I don't know how's it's happen but I did all test it's all possitive and normal. Now my prob I don't want to pregnant again but I found out I on 3months now. What can I do doc coz in Philippines hv not allow abortion. Can u gv me some advice how to abort a baby by home remedies?
