What Are Side Effects Of Popping Penis Frequently?

I am able to "pop" my penis in a way that one would pop their knuckles or their neck. I am not worried whether I am normal or not or anything like that, I am just curious about any side effects it may have, if any. Specifically, if it can cause the loss of an erection or ability to get and stay hard. Please help me doctor
