What Are Symptoms Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hi, I have been experiencing symptoms kind of like Ectopic Pregnancy, but then again I'm not quite sure. I have a slight pain but it increases sometimes, as well as having the bleeding. I got off of the Depo shot back in May and I don't know if the bleeding is caused by that since I havent had a period yet or if its something more serious. I drink on the weekends, and thats when it usually gets more painful but ive noticed that its now just staying around the same pain. Its above my hip but below my rib.. I'm not quite sure. I dont drink a whole lot of water either, (its too plain for me) so i dont know if thatd be part of it or not.
