What Are Symptoms Of Internal Bleeding?

I was bit today around noon on my medical upper thigh. At first it just looked like small red teeth marks and I did not notice any skin puncture or bleeding..5 hours later it was deep purple and red....should i get it looked at for potential internal bleeding?
