What Are Symptoms Of Menopause?

I recently had a physical and blood test done.. Blood test were all normal. My last Pap test was done a year ago. so I didn t have one on my last physical because the last one was normal. I m 49 and have skipped a period here and there but now in the last three weeks I keep spotting Is this menopause symptoms or should I be more concerned?
