What Are Symptoms Of Stomach Infection?

Hello, I m pretty sure I just have a stomach flu or something or perhaps something I hate isn t sitting well at all...food poisoning of some sort or whatever the term is.my symptoms I am curious about are I m really exhausted and feel tired and really sleepy I over slept today and still feel sick from last night. I am nauseated and have a weird headache and a like...nausea in my head as well if that makes any sense...Also there is a weird tingling that goes from my head down to my neck every now and then like in surges. But main thing I just feel really really nauseated again after waking up. It started last night and I just tried to go to bed because I hate vomiting (once I start it feels like it never stops and I dry heave and stuff) Last night in bed before I fell asleep I d also get weird sharp pains in my chest and my side abdomen (some kind of heartburn maybe? didn t feel like a burning sensation as it did just a sharp twinge of pain like something was twisting and pinching or something....but that s been happening to me quite often so I figured I m laying funny or something....The sharp pain travels up my sternum area in the middle of my chest. )
