What Are The 3 Stages Of Lupus?

What are the 3 stages of lpus? What can I do to help with this disease? I m taking Aleve this does wonders for the aches and pain. What would you suggest for inflammation? I was diagnosed in 2003 by my General practitioner. He did this with a blood test and urinalysis test. I don t really know what Lupus really is other than it attacks the immune system. What are the foods that I should be aware of? Thank you for taking my questions. I just turned 74 today. I have 3 great-grandchildren and would like to be well to enjoy them. I reside in Indianapolis. I have had a wonderful day and hope to have many more. I do need a lot of rest and feel better for it. I get tired real easy. Doing house work really wears me out.
