What Are The Adverse Effects Of Hydrocodone On Liver?

Hi. My back is painful upon deep inhailation and/or torso twisting. I think my rib is out . I had 6 oz of wine with dinner 3.5 hours ago. Can I take a hydrocodon 10/325? I am concerned bout the acetaminophen/ alcohol & liver consequences. Can I cut the scored tab in half ? thank you.
