HI,Dr.Rynne I am 29 year old youg man goes to gym 3 times a week I play soccer once a week no bad habits of any kind my blood pressure reading is 153 over 86.do you think it will effect my kidneys and heart.i think my blood pressure had been like this for long time .is this very dangerous or ok for my age.
