What Are The Adverse Effects Of Smoking Marijuana While On Azithromycin And Clindamycin?

Hi, I ve recently encountered a tooth infection on tooth number 8, which would be my right hand side very front tooth, due to a dentist who had done the damage. The tooth is going to need a root canal as well as a crown once the infection clears says my new dentist who I like very well, I am now seeing this new dentist that has started me on azithromycin the common 5 day routine taking 2 the first and 1 per day for the next 4. As well as 1 clindamycin 150mg when I wake up along with the azithromycin and then another 1 clindamycin before bed. So I am taking 2 of the 150mg clindamycin with 1 250mg azithromycin total per day. My question is, is it safe for me to smoke marijuana while taking these antibiotics for this infection, avoiding the thought of not smoking while having the infection? I have smoked marijuana for 5 years now so its no new experience to me. Just want to make sure I am SAFE! If anyone will, please respond and let me know, thank you!
