What Are The After Effects Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hi,
i had an ectopic pregnancy for which i got a laproscopy done 4 months back. After which i got my periods normally. Recently i had my periods which were a little prolonged than usual that is 7 days when i have 5 days cycle. and now i have very light spotting. What could it be?
