What Are The After Effects Of Extended Dermatitis?

hello doc. I am 35yrs old lady having 2 kids. I have been suffering atopic dermatatis for more than 10 yrs and from past few yrs it is severe. At present I am using cetaphil lotion, elocon cream, tenovate cream and orally I am taking allegra 180 and polaramine and also cetrizine if it is severe. But there is not much releif. Please help.
