What Are The Best Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

I had unprotected sex last Feb 15. I wasnt sure of my LMP because i had my period last Jan 13 and I again had a period before the end of January and lasted till about the 6th. I took nordette as an ECP after 8 hours of unprotected sex and 12 hours later I took again 4 pills of nordette. Due to my paranioa, I again took 4 pills of nordette 4 days later, which was a Sunday and after 12 hours, I took again 4 pills. Its been 9 days since i took the first batch of ECP and I still havent had my period. Should I test for pregnancy already? I am from the philippines and Plan B is not available here
