What are the birth control options for breastfeeding mothers - currently I'm on Nordiay and it has made me gain 10 kgs above what my weight was just before I had my baby, this is 16 kgs above my normal. I eat right (lots of veg little meat, no fast food) and work out 1 hr every other day but my weight is only rising.
