What Are The Blood Filled Spots Around My Waist Line?

Hi I have had what appear to be spots on my waistline for a few years now, they don't come to a head like a spot but fill with a blood like fluid. They are on occasion painful but most of the time just there. I squeeze them daily in the shower but they always seem to fill back up. Any advice would be much appreciated.
