What Are The Boils On My Daughters Thigh And Pubis?

i have two questions - my 3 year old daughter is getting boils on her outer thighs and pubic bone area every time she visits her father every other week - what could that mean and my son has headaches a lot, he is 7 and he is getting a lot of bruises he says he does not know where they are coming from.
